I am trying to update my Windows 10 system to build 1903 and it is crashing with spac.sys. I uninstalled the client but there are still remnants in C:\Program Files\Barracuda\Network Access Client, and spac.sys is still active even though the product is uninstalled. Is there a cleanup utility or how do I get this removed to be able to get the 1903 build installed?

I also tried installing the latest version of the client and uninstalling it, but it is still leaving remnants. I do not see any related items in Add/Remove Programs, Startup Config, Registry, etc.

Is there a clean-up tool or manual way to remove this?

you've posted in two places. there are replies in the other forum

go through the registry and remove references to phion. that is the virtual adapter that is used by the NAC and is probably what is still calling out spac.sys
