Barracuda Web Application Firewall service is not able to connect to load balancer in AWS.
To fix this we have to manually assign ip address for that service and enable it.
Response from Barracuda support team :
I have checked the issue and it look like the server didn’t respond back as you are load balancing the servers if one server goes down the other available server should take place.
Since you are running in the firmware 9.2.0.014 version is having an issue , if possible can you upgrade to our latest firmware version 10.0.0.010 which is a stable version. Please let us know if you have any further queries.
This thing happens randomly and still not able to figure it out why it is happening.
I have tried upgrading firmware before too but still get the same issue over and over again.
Just upgrading the firmware is not the solution I expect from support team.
