I have deployed the BMA for all users in my org though Computer GPO and one of my users after GPO update does not see it on outlook. I can see it is installed and when I log into the system as a support account I can launch outlook and it will appear for me. Both Outlook and BMA are 64bit installations, any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Does the add-in appear for the user if they log on to another machine?
The fact it works on the same machine for a different user appears to point to an issue with the specific users profile.
It may be that the users profile needs to be recreated.

I had them log into other systems and they are still having that issue with other computers, the GPO was computer specific not user specific so it should have showed up in her outlook the same as anyone who logged into the system in our organization.
