Outbound email blocked due to BRTS

We have had several emails to one particular recipient (i.e. outbound) blocked by the Barracuda Real-Time System. We do appreciate that many -inbound- emails are blocked thusly, but outbound is another story.

 

There is only one recipient that we send to that gets blocked outbound by our BRTS, this seems anomalous.
