Why do you force the end user to log into the web portal to view or blacklist? Can't you just put this in as an option to deliver and whitelist?
Give the end users all the options like block via the email

This to me seems like a big oversight. "Deliver" and "Whitelist" are available, why not "Block". We have a customer that is very upset about this. It's OK that the spam is blocked, but they keep seeing the same spam messages over and over again. I was shown that some users get 50-75 spam messages a day in their quarantine that they weed through so it would be nice to have a 1 click "Block". Otherwise it's 5-6 clicks to get it blocked with is too much administration for the end users.
