ATP Scan Inconclusive

Dear Barracuda community and teams,


Since some days, we have some mail (always from the same mail address) which are in quarantined with the message : "ATP Scan Inconclusive".


I need to open then, click on "View ATP Report" and manualy release the mail...


This, even if I added the mail address to whitelist...

Is there any possibility to always allow mails from a specific mail even when ATP Scan is inconclusive ?

In ESS/CPL in the ATP Setting tab there are areas where you can exempt senders, domains and IP addresses from ATP scanning.
