Please call into Barracuda Support so that one of our techs can get this mail and pass it along to the engineers to find out why if was not correctly filtered.

The phishing email came in with a VHD file attachment which contained malware. The ATP log shows no entry for that message being scanned, so the ESG let the message through.

Probably best thing to do is go into BLOCK/ACCEPT - Attachment Filters and Quarantine or block them completely.

Yes, I've already done that on our physical appliance, however, under the "Cloud Protection Layer" there isn't such setting.
