PST Enterprise - problem with assing owner

It is likely support will need to review the PST-E logs and potentially arrange a remote session to investigate.

I need help with PST Enterprise aplication.
I am looking for pst files using the PSTEnterpriseClient software. I have several files in the "Unassgined PSTs" folder and in order to add policies to these files, I must first assign a user to them and here is the problem.
When I select pst from the list on an unassigned PST card and click Assing Owner (I choose the first or second option), then a message appears : "Assigned owner successfully to 0 PSTs, unable to assing to 1 PSTs"
