It would be nice to be able to manage the message log in a way that shows you what messages an admin has reviewed.
Specifically, it would be nice to see all messages that have not been reviewed by an admin. Then when an admin goes to the message log they will only see new messages (like email) and then they can mark either "agree", "disagree", "investigate". This allows an admin to target high-risk accounts and calibrate the rules quicker/faster.
I realize this is mostly applicable to organizations that are smaller, but this could also be applied to larger organizations if you could divvy up the workload between multiple admins.
