Hi,

We are a Toronto based MSP and a lot of our clients are getting Toronto based websites blocked as they are being detected as a TOR application. On December we opened a ticket and got a bug report number, BNNGF-63895, but after calling Barracuda support they are not able to provide info on this bug and sent me to this forum to search for it and read patch notes.

Some of the sites being tagged as TOR are:

torontohydro.com

thestar.com

torontopubliclibrary.ca

These are the biggest sites, we managed hundreds of firewalls and every month we get a new client reporting a site is being blocked due to this bug. Some sites are easy to white list but other like thestar.com redirect and pull content from multiple other servers making white listing almost impossible without allowing TOR through.

Has anyone worked with CUDA on a bug report before and can give some pointers on how to get any info? Our C level execs already emailed our Barracuda Senior Partner Success Manager but have nor heard anything back.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
