Hi,

 

I am trying to login to the Barracuda desktop Archive Client 5.2.123 however when I type in my email address and password 

I get an error saying Your username or password is incorrect. Please enter your complete email address and domain (LDAP) password.

 

I have tested it with my email password and barracuda password.

 

Anyone got any ideas as to why I cant login?

 

I also get this when trying to use the outlook plugin.

 

I tried with another user account and get an error of 502 Bad Gateway after a few minutes trying to sign in.

 

Any help will be highly appreciated.

Apologies for the delay in you getting a response.

At this stage I would advise reaching out to support to raise a case, these errors could be caused by several different things and support would be able to best advise and investigate.
