In our company our marketing team needs access to Facebook/Instagram/etc.

I created a group on my Domain controller and I added those specific users..then I created an exception with allow content filter to social media....

users are able to access the pages but the graphic interfaces are missing the pages are just plain text....

What am I missing ?

Look in weblog after a user browses to facebook and see what else is being blocked.  The image servers may not be facebook.com and may be coming from another site such as fbimg.com.  Whitelist those addresses for those users and should solve the problem

It sounds like you may need to add an exception for "CONTENT SERVER"

Below add these exceptions to the AD group you created.  I believe the last one you already have in place for Social Networking.  Just make sure you have them high enough that another exception is not blocking access.

URL Patterns:   upload.facebook.com

Content Filter:   Content Server

Content Filter:   Social Networking

If you don't want to allow all content servers I use URL Pattern fbcdn.net
