A few days ago, my IP address 133.130.106.35 was listed by Barracuda as being on their blacklist.
I checked my server and found no sign of sending spam.
We have never introduced email software since we launched the server on January 29, 2020.
I don't know why it is on the blacklist.

I sent a request to Barracuda to remove the blacklist, but I still haven't received a reply and my status hasn't changed.

It is not good that IP addresses are blacklisted for use as a Web server in the future.

Could you help you?

Thanks.

Kaduki,

Checking your IP address and I don't see it listed on any blacklist including Barracuda's

There are however many ways to be added to a blacklist.

1. A compromised account on your mail server
2. A PC infected with a spambot that sends mail directly out to the internet on port 25
3. A spammer accessing your network and sending mail out using your IP space.

It is important that you  configure your network so that only one device is allowed to send outbound from your gateway on port 25. This ensures that you have only one point to troubleshoot and protect from a spammer.

As to getting your IP removed from our Blacklist. Go to

https://barracduacentral.organd use the lookup page to see if your IP or your domain is listed on any of our block sites.

IF they are follow the instructions provided to get yourself removed

SIncerely,
