GoToWebinar not connecting

I've had users report to me this past week that gotowebinar is not working.  All test for a gotowebinar show everything is fine.  But when the users tries to connect it just times out.

 

I've looked at logs both app and web and nothing showing as blocked.

I've added all the sites I can think of to allow list and SSL allow.

 

What could I be missing?

 

I know the webinar works as I tried to connect to it with my machine.  I can connect because I have an exempt IP on my machine so it works fine.

I can't exempt everyone.

goto has many odd domains needed to allow and may be best in SSL to allow when using SSL inspection

but goes to show how many other domains are involved with allowing to get things to work typically.

If you have proven the system is a concern by sanity checking things like you stated as IP exempted from filtering it does work then I would also see to disable SSL to see it works to limit the concern to just an SSL issue more than likely.

exempting traffic via SSL then may allow it to work fine then.

Adding domain to SSL exemption is really the only way I know how to exempt the traffic right?
