I have filled in the removal request form for IP address 220.127.116.11 some days ago, but the IP address is still listed as poor. I think the reason for the listing was that I forgot to add this IP to the SPF record of the domain of the email address. This issue has been solved 3-4 weeks ago. Is there another cause for the listing? Can the IP address be removed? The website says that removal requests are processed within 12 hours.
