We do not allow users to release their own email (if marked as spam). It staff has to monitor the appliance and release emails that were flagged as spam but was a legitimate email. This takes up a considerable amount of time. I was able to utilize a syslog server and display all messages that are marked as spam. Then I can make a web page on our help desk that would allow a user to log in and see this list. From there, they can click on a link that will allow them to request a help desk tech to release it. What I would really like to do is have a link for the help desk person to click on the request and it take them right to the message so they can review and deliver if it is OK to release. Does anyone know if it is possible to use querystrings to auto login and go directly to the message for review? I tried to use PERL as well, but the bits and pieces of info I found did not seem to work.
